about

So, I wrote music for a movie that some friends and I put together in college. Check out the movie here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=HqYyPJkNSiY They're great, I can't act, and it was a lot of fun.

Includes two songs not written for the movie, but written and recorded at about the same time. Hope you like them!

Track Name: Lovely Flowers
All the lovely flowers
Springing up from shades of grey
For them I brave cold showers
Just to catch a glimpse of May

And I find
They'll always catch my mind
Away

But the sun grows stronger
Flowers start to wilt with heat
I'll hide within the bower
Pickin stickers from my feet

But the day will cool to night
We'll make our way knowing everything's alright

...

And I'll wait or at least I'll try
To cultivate something good in time
Track Name: 7 (It's Eric's Birthday!)
I just turned seven for the third time
And it keeps on getting stranger every year
Well the first time they bought me a bicycle
And now, they're buying me beer

And I know that I'm still learning
From mistakes I've made a thousand times before
And I know that before this night is through
I'll have learned a couple more

And I'll never get used to ageing
'Cause it seems like every year is just the same
And I know I've never been this old in my life
But I'd say I'm doing ok

I just turned seven for the third time
And it keeps on getting stranger every year
Well the first time they bought me a bicycle
And now you're buying me beer
Track Name: 220 miles
Feels like summer's coming
Coming round again
Feels like summer's coming
Coming round again
Feels like summer's coming
Coming round the bend

Feels like summer's coming
Coming round the bend
Feels like summer's coming
Coming round the bend
Feels like summer's coming
Coming round again

Feels like summer's coming
Coming round again
Feels like summer's coming
Coming round again
Feels like summer's coming
Coming round the bend
